At Daina oil, we work hard to make sure your orders reach you safely and quickly. Below are our shipping terms to help you understand our process.

📍 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from:
Orangi Town, Karachi, Pakistan

📦 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

All major cities and towns in Pakistan
Rural areas via selected courier partners (may take longer)
International shipping is currently not available

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time (Karachi): 2–3 business days
Delivery Time (Other Cities): 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: May take 5–7 business days

Orders placed after 5 PM or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

📦 Packaging & Handling

All orders are packed with care to avoid damage or leakage, especially for oils, creams, and honey. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.

🚫 Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will usually attempt again. In case of repeated failures, we may cancel the order.
